For NZ orders.

Orders under $20, shipping cost is $5 per order.
Orders over $20, free shipping

For AU order,

Orders under $70, shipping cost is $10 per order
Orders over $70, free shipping

We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Please ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you re-submit your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. Please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a rememdy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
